Being Prepared Begins With You

We are committed to giving you the best possible experience on our midway, but being prepared will assist in making your day magical!

Know our height requirements. Please measure your child before arriving or at any of our tickets boxes before purchasing your tickets/wristbands. For your convenience, we have “Measure Up” signs posted at each ride stating its height requirement.

Check Your Height

Ride Height SignPlease be advised - children under 42” may be required to ride some of the attractions with a paying responsible adult rider for safety purposes. Also, aside from the Merry Go Round, all riders must be at least 36” to ride for safety purposes.

Rainy or inclement weather - For your safety, certain rides may close during rain or inclement weather and will reopen as soon as it is safe for everyone. Concessions & games will remain open unless conditions are severe.  All tickets and wristbands are non-refundable and rainchecks will not be issued so please purchase wisely if weather is uncertain.

Wristbands are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please make certain to safeguard your wristband as it cannot be replaced.

Please secure ALL LOOSE ARTICLES before riding. Keys, cell phones, wallets and other items tend to get lost when riding, we are not responsible for any lost items on our midway.  Lost items can be found at our Midway office if turned in.

Lost children or parents - if you become separated from parents, children or friends, please go to our midway office as they are in contact with Police and Fair Security as well as all managers on the midway.

FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR PATRONS & EMPLOYEES, GUESTS THAT DO NOT ABIDE BY OUR MIDWAY POLICIES MAY BE SUBJECT TO DISMISSAL WITHOUT REFUND.
